Reporting to FinCEN

Due to a new rule from the Corporate Transparency Act, anyone who files for an LLC must file a Beneficial Ownership Interest Report with FINCEN within 30 days (extended to 60 days for 2024 only) here. The report requires a photo ID, date of birth, and either a SSN or ITIN.
